Our support team uses Freshdesk Support Desk, a cloud-based software that helps us track and resolve your issues faster. Whenever you send us a support request by email or through our website, you will get an email notification with a unique ticket number and a link to our Helpdesk portal.
There, you can log in with your email address and password to see the status of your tickets, reply to them, or create new ones.
